Tomás makes over 23 flavours fudge using Kerrygold butter – the fudge is displayed  jenga fashion in front  of the customer allowing them to make their own selection.

Tomás has been making fudge for many years, and receiving A Great Taste Award in 1999 for his Traditional Tiger Butter Fudge and his Baileys Fudge gave him the confidence to bring Man of Aran Fudge to the marketplace.

Since then he has taught his nephew to make the same fudge on Inis Oírr where it can be purchased during the summer season.  His son Milo is also part of the family business and sells Man of Aran Fudge at Georges Street Arcade in city centre of Dublin.  Alternatively you will find Tomás at a variety of events around the country with Man of Aran Fudge; it is also available online at
