Oonagh O’Dwyer from Wild Kitchen will not only give a very interesting cookery demo about cooking with seaweed on Sunday at 2pm,  but also have a stall with food to eat on the spot and to take with you like vegetable sushi, nettle hummus, pakoras and rocket fuel pesto, dilisk hummus and much more.
