The owner Fionntan Gogarty says, “Using wild and organically grown ingredients, we produce vinegars using our own vinegar mothers. We age our Balsamics for a minimum of one year in oak casks and up to five years for our premium range.
Our flavours include: wild blackberry, wild elderflower, organic damson, organic raspberry, wild fuschia, wild mountain heather, wild gorse blossom, organic lavender, organic tarragon, wild mountain thyme blossom, wild watermint and lemon balm, samphire and dill and wild garlic.
